DBCustomSelect: allow option for tooltip

Hi,

we have the requirement in ART SUN to add a tooltip to a disabled option.
Would it be possible to add an option for rendering a tooltip?
Maybe we could just render the options ourselves instead of adding the data. This would add much more flexibility.

Hi @flodev, thanks a lot for your feedback. I'm struggling with this approach, as this would only inform pointer-device (like mouse) users with that knowledge, as keyboard and screenreader users won't be able to focus disabled form elements. Do you see a chance in providing this message (temporarily as long as those elements are in this state) next to the form fields themselves ?
