Missing elements

The docs for the <c> element mention it's like <code>, but there's no section for <code>.

Also, <b> can be used to make text bold, but there's no mention of it on this page.

Are there other elements/styles missing?

Thanks for writing this. We should include the <code> element.

As for other tags, any valid XML tags can be added. They will be written to the resulting XML file. It's tool dependent what tags are converted into a final document.

I realise this doc is in the dotnet section, but I came specifically to learn about what formatting element Visual Studio's Intellisense supports. If we're not going to document that here, where can I find that documentation?
