you say laravel 12 but then illuminate/database 11.45

is this using laravel? or just the database component/eloquent?

i suspect the error you are getting has come from the db connection/driver not being correctly configured

from a quick look at the code, the thing that is null there is the query grammar which would normally be set based of the db driver being used

combined with the specific database subpackage being mentioned i would say it looks like you are trying to use eloquent outside of laravel but havent initialized/configured it correctly, unfortunately i dont remember how to do that correctly
