What happened?
#197 #198 #200 failed auto-merge with the error:
failed to run git: fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git
@jskinne3 's Hypotheses:
An actions/checkout is needed in order to switch to the project directory, or
Maybe actions/checkout#363 currently open in GitHub Actions
