Runner StdOut Logging Configuration

What would you like added?

I would like to reduce / configure the log level for runners

Why is this needed?

The default log level is extremely verbose.

Additional context

The configuration noted here: https://github.com/actions/actions-runner-controller/blob/master/docs/using-entrypoint-features.md?plain=1#L21 does not see to have any impact on lowering the amount of logs.

Hey @diclophis, this feature is related to the runner and not the ARC. Therefore, I'm going to close it here.
