Exit code 128 (repository not found) eventhough the repo exists.

Anyone else starting to see your internal repos fail on checkout?  I have started getting the following  when dispatching some workflows.

  ...
  remote: Repository not found.
  Error: fatal: repository 'https://github.com/xxxxx/xxxx-xxxx-xxxx/' not found
  The process '/usr/bin/git' failed with exit code 128
  Waiting 20 seconds before trying again
  ...
```
