[BUG] sudo missing for restart

Describe the bug
When restarting OctoPrint (via Popup after Plugin changes/Through the menu), the console prints an error about sudo not being found and OctoPrint doesn't restart:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on the "System" button in the menu
2. Click on "Restart OctoPrint"

Expected behavior
OctoPrint restarts

Don't know if this is relevant, but I use s6-svc -r /var/run/s6/services/octoprint as command to restart Octoprint.
