Support for o1 model

This sample app is nice but I would like to be able to use the select a o1 deployment instead, at this moment the o1 model is not supported

FYI, if you configure to use the o1 model, get the latest openai package, set the AZURE_OPENAI_PREVIEW_API_VERSION environment variable to 2024-12-01-preview or higher, and remove max_tokens (and not sure but maybe also temperature) from the model_args in app.py, then you will get completions back from the model when you submit questions.

I just used apim rules to remove those arguments. Still see some formatting issues though.
