Missing ntioapi.h, NtCreateNamedPipeFile definition

Terminal makes use of NtCreateNamedPipeFile. It is (now) documented, but points to a header ntioapi.h that does not exist in a shipping SDK. Can you at least provide a snippet of the header in question so it can be incorporated into win32 metadata, used in other projects, etc.?

Thanks for the request! I don't think we are the right people to do this, despite being consumers of the API.
