If you have a syntax error in the policy JSON (ex: missing coma, quotation mark) the complete policy is disregarded without any warning to the use and the IT administrator. Given that there is no validation when entering a policy I think that VS Code should do a better job at informing at least the user that a policy could not be applied - workbench banner?
