Type: Performance Issue
I am experiencing a recurring issue where Visual Studio Code (VS Code), a widely used source-code editor developed by Microsoft, becomes uninstalled or completely disappears from my Windows system every time I shut down or restart my laptop. Upon booting the system the next day, VS Code is no longer present — neither in the Start menu nor in the list of installed applications.
