The procedure for addressing an incident will include some or all of the following:
* Incident may be addressed directly with the parties involved, if appropriate.
* A community member may report an incident to a Chair, Ombuds, a member of the Team, or through an anonymous report, where allowable by law.
* Response to report within two business days.
* Incident is discussed by the reporter, parties involved, and those reported to. Impact is shared and a resolution is proposed and discussed.
* Resolution at the end of the process.

Can there be a bit more detail on how we expect to go from a discussion to a decision?
