Academic Medical Center Research Workbench

To Deploy/Test the Research Workbench

1. Make a directory called "github" in your cloud shell

2. Clone the repo in your Azure Cloud Shell in your "github" directory

   a. Git clone https://github.com/Microsoft-USEduAzure/AMC.git

3. Run the masterdeploy.sh in the /AMC/amc-rwb directory

   a. Answer the questions for the data workbench deployments

It will take about an hour to deploy the entire workbench with sample data.
