Avatar is not coming in activity feed notification

We are developing the Teams app and want to show Avatar image instead of App icon in Activity feed notification.
As per documentation if permission is user delegated then Avatar will show-up in notification, however it is not working for me.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Step 1: Login with 1 user
Step 2: send message in conversation
Step 3: Check activity feed notification tab in 2nd user client.

Result: Member who are in that conversation will receive activity feed notification.
This activity feed notification should have Avatar.

I am also attaching screenshot of my API permission which shows activity notification is of type Deligated

I hope you have received my last response, if you still need anything please let me know. I believe this is the last point pending for our app submission process. It will be helpful if you can expedite this issue.

@abelorkar - If delegated permissions are used (i.e., the app acts on behalf of a signed-in user), the user's avatar should appear in the activity feed notification. If application-only permissions are used, the app icon is shown instead, and the avatar is not supported.

Could you please verify the token used to send the notification is truly a delegated token? (i.e., obtained via user sign-in, not client credentials).
