DacFx wizard: Extremely Large Versions Incorrectly Pass Validation

If you do an Extract and put an arbitrarily large number for the version, the error message you get back isn't super helpful (I'm assuming the version number passed in is too high). Maybe we could add in some further validation in the wizard?
