When restoring a database by specifying an S3 URL as the source, the database restoration fails with the error "Restore Database: Restore database is not supported"

• OS Version: Windows 10 Pro 22H2

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Upload backup file (.bak) to Amazon S3 bucket.
2. Specify the S3 URL as the source and perform a database restore.
   
   

The backup itself seems to be loading correctly on Azure Data Studio.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
