Error when trying to publish using Azure SQL Database Emulator (VSCode SQL Database Projects)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In VS Code, using SQL Database Projects, try publish using Azure SQL Database Emulator

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: N/A

Publishing not possible. Instead the following error occurs:

Error running command sqlDatabaseProjects.publish: t.schemaCompareGetDefaultOptions is not a function. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes sqlDatabaseProjects.publish.

I also have this same issue in VSCode but not Azure Data Studio. Also reporting this here since this is the issue board linked from the SQL Database Projects extension in VS Code.

Both versions of SQL Database Projects are up to date with release dates of yesterday.

In VS Code at least, you can roll back to the last version of the SQL Server (mssql) and SQL Database Projects extensions to get the functionality back

In extension menu, click extension, click cog, Install Specific Version...

Thank you. Once I uninstalled BOTH extensions, SQL Server and SQL Database Projects, restarted VSCode, and installed SQL Server v1.28 and SQL Database Projects v1.4.5 the functionality is restored.

Even upgrading SQL Database Projects back to v.1.4.6 functionality still works. Looks like this might be a problem with the SQL Server extension instead. I created an issue in the vscode-mssql project for this issue.

Can confirm, downgrading SQL Server -extension to version 1.28 on VS Code (Windows) fixed the problem. I did not downgrade Database Projects.
