Database Projects - Creating project from Fabric SQL shows incorrect target platform

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a database project from existing Fabric SQL DB, DSP in sqlproj file shows Sql120DatabaseSchemaProvider instead of SqlFabric.

This happens for both ADS and VS Code extension.

The target platform is set based on the engine edition returned by the SQL connection, so looks like mssql is pulling in wrong metadata. It thinks we're connecting to non-cloud Azure SQL DB
