SQL Projects - Vs Code 'Run Task' fails to build for Legacy type projects

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Legacy project (By opting No for SDK-style quickpick prompt while creation)
2. Go to Terminal>Run Task> search for sqlproj-build
3. Click on Build/BuildWithCodeanalysis tasks for the Legacy project
4. Checkout the terminal window that errors out the build process.
   

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No
