Have Notebooks be able to run code from multiple kernels

Would it be possible to request that a notebook be able to run code sections that use different kernels (i.e., SQL and Powershell)?

We have Runbooks that have both T-SQL scripts and Powershell commands and it would be great to save the Runbooks at Notebooks and put them in Git instead of hosting them in our Confluence wiki.
