We should make things consistent in terms of folders to set for Jupyter when starting it:

• User home or root drive for untitled notebooks
• Workspace folder for notebooks in workspace (already works)
• For files on machine, need sensible default (e.g. not in workspace but already saved)
• For remote files, need to investigate.
