[Bug]: USB disconnect at Front Page causes a reset #1387

Current Behavior

If you're on the fornt page with a usb-a peripheral device connected if you unplug the device the system reboots;

Expected Behavior

If you're on the fornt page with a usb-a peripheral device connected if you unplug the device the system should stay on the front page with no issues.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Using the top of tree build your platform.
  2. Boot the device to the OS and connect your USB-A device (I've tested with keyboards and mice).
  3. Restart the device to the front page.
  4. On the front page unplug the device. It will hit a page fault and reset.

Build Environment

- OS(s): Windows 11
- Tool Chain(s): VS2022
- Targets Impacted: DEBUG
