There is no 'Delete...' command in the context menu after selecting several files and folders at the same time

Repro Steps:

1. Create a storage account -> Create a blob container -> Upload several files and folders to the blob container.
2. Select all uploaded files and folders then right click .
3. Check where there is 'Delete...' command in context menu.

Expect:
There is 'Delete...' command in the context menu.

Actual:
There is no 'Delete...' command in the context menu.

More Info:

1. This issue also reproduces for File Shares.
2. This issue doesn't reproduce when files and folders are not selected at the same time.

I think there's been a change in VS Code to only include commands that are shared in both tree items that are highlighted. In this case, even though both directories and files have a Delete... command, the commands are technically azureStorage.deleteDirectory and azureStorage.deleteFile.

We could fix this by having just one command for delete, and then having logic to decide on how to delete it from there.
