An error occurs when refreshing storage accounts from two subscriptions simultaneously

Build Version: 0.16.2-alpha
Regression: Previous release(0.15.3)

Repro Steps:

1. Expand the storage accounts nodes for two subscriptions.
2. Click the refresh button.

Expected:
No error displays for the storage accounts.

Actual:
An error occurs for the storage accounts.

More Info:
Closing either one of the storage account nodes can resolve this issue.

This may be an issue for Azure Resource Groups, but we'll need to investigate further before moving it over.
