TypeScript Server Constantly Cashing

I've been working heavily on a large typescript code base. The TypeScript server seems to crash constantly. I'll hit the restart button but then often times it won't successfully restart but won't even tell me that it's not running or not running correctly, so i find the typescript issues when i go to build instead of seeing them in the editor.

I do use github copilot which i've seen might be an issue? Either way, it's becoming problematic to develop typescript in vscode lately.
