Force quit debugging

We have all been here. You create a debug configuration that has a mistake. Vscode spends 5 minutes trying to start the debugger before it times out. During this time you cannot stop the laoding sequence so you must wait until it times out or restart vscode. It would be nice to have a button that forces the debug session to stop loading.

What debugger are you using / what config are you using? The second time you click the "stop" button we should forcefully stop the debugger.

I am using the gdb. The config had an error, hence it failed to start and timed out. Pressing stop twice would be perfect.
