Proposal: Keep NPM Scripts buttons within viewport

Current Situation

Currently, the NPM Scripts action buttons are rendered outside the viewport when any of the NPM scripts is longer than the panel width:

This renders these buttons unreachable (without taking significant effort to reach them).

Desired Situation

I propose to stick the NPM Scripts action buttons either to the right side of the panel viewport (trimming the script text):

… or — even better — permanently to the left side of the viewport, eventually highlighting the current row and button on hover:
