Feature Request: Import / export for installed extensions

Description:

Current behaviour:

• There is no option to share (import / export) the whole installed extensions from my VSCode.

Feature request:

• Is it possible to add options like import / export to basically share all the extensions that we installed in our VSCode.
• So that fellow developers (or newbies) can quickly run this to import those shared extensions on their machine VSCode.

NOTE: Ignore this if it is really not making any sense. But I found this issue while discussing with team member recently.
