They're currently all failing with:

Presumably we need to move to a more recent Windows Server versions for all the Windows jobs.
I don't know who on the Edge team is the right point of contact now — maybe @mustjab? Do you have any opinion on whether we should move to windows-2022 or windows-2025 for the Edge runs?
