Download required web files (web.go)

Add "remove path" to Unzip so it can ignore root folder while extracting
Move server code to server.go
Use a struct to pass server config
Ignore root folder in Pack ZIP (if there is one)

Include public folder in releases

Use Go instead of 7-Zip for ZIP extraction

Also make debug mode available under unzip.go

Add -o switch to open browser

Add v prefix to version in program
