Fix current activity start time overflow issue

The current activity start time could be set to a time before the
report start time if the last activity end time was before the report
start time.

Update pytz

Issue: #84

Working and break times are no longer shown in single-day reports

Also, the current activity is now included in multi-day reports.

Use Cargo for dependency injection
