The program to install, configure and launch a Silverpeas distribution is now built upon Gradle 6.5 that supports both Java 8 and Java 11.
Set it to use Gradle 6.5 also for 6.1

Based upon Gradle 6.5 to support both Java 8 and Java 11.
The goal is both to prepare Silverpeas 6.2 to be coded in Java 11 and to allow Silverpeas 6.1 to be coded for Java 8 with Java 11.
