The plugin is now built upon Gradle 6.5 that supports both Java 8 and Java 11. The code and the tests were refactored to support this new version of Gradle.
Set it as to be the setup for also Silverpeas 6.1

Based upon Gradle 6.5 to support both Java 8 and Java 11.
The goal is both to prepare Silverpeas 6.2 to be coded in Java 11 and to allow Silverpeas 6.1 to be coded for Java 8 with Java 11.
Don't forget to merge also PR Silverpeas/Silverpeas-Distribution#7
