dependabot: Evaluate to prevent `reviewers` or use `unsubscribe-from-mr`settings

Could we set the dependabot configuration option reviewers or unsubscribe-from-mr to an empty value, so that no reviewer would get defined and we could reduce the bloat of e-mails ?
