Imminent Alpine 3.18 end of life

According to https://alpinelinux.org/releases/, Alpine 3.18 is already end of life. But in reality, it'll be removed from official images once 3.22 is released and added to Docker Official Images. I don't know exactly when 3.22 will be released, but given the dates of the previous "even" releases of Alpine it could be anytime in the next 6 weeks.

This issue is just a heads up to the maintainers of images FROM alpine:3.18. It'd be great to migrate them before alpine:3.18 EOL, but that is up to you. Once Alpine 3.18 is removed from DOI, your images FROM it will also need to be removed or updated to be FROM an active, up-to-date DOI image.

For registry:2.8.3 I don't think action would be needed to update that image, as there's registry:3 now, but I do see it's still listed under "supported tags and versions" - not sure if that was intentional @milosgajdos ?
