The problem

Now that telegram_bot is using config flow, when setting up a bot, after pasting the chat ids it's impossible to retreive them unless going into the .storage folder.

Bot actions rely heavily on chat ids to target the proper users.

One possible solution would be to append the chat id to the subentry title.
