Step 2: Provide settings for Open AI and Database by creating a file named secrets.env file in the root of this folder (scenarios/incubations/automating_analytics). Please follow the template in secrets.env.sample and fillin the value
Problem:

• Why is the step requesting to create the secrets.env in folder scenarios/incubations/automating_analytics?
• The code that will run in step 5 (create_cache_index.py) is reading the secrets.env from folder OpenAIWorkshop/scenarios/natural_language_query/
