Describe the feature

Add a mini-menu next to the usual chat-submit button that allows users to either upload an image from their computer or add a screenshot of the selected frame.

I know that there's a screenshotting feature that produces images for the projects view, so we can likely borrow something similar. The screenshot would be added as an image pill above the prompt just like any normal image asset but would be labeled "Screenshot"
