when opentelemetry extension for logging will become stable?

Hello!
In my company, we use ELK to centralize the logs of our microservices. But, we want to use the opentelemetry extension for sending logs to Grafana Loki and get rid of ELK. However, I see that the logging extension is still in preview mode in your documentation. We would like to know:

• What is currently missing in this extension? Is it safe to use it in production?
• When should we expect this extension to be ready to use? i.e. not in preview

Hi @luitoz, the main reason it's not stable is time.
It needs to have enough usage and be battle testes to see if it is stable.

So, please use it and give us feedback on how it looks to you.
