I wonder if we could improve performance by deploying artifacts in parallel.

I look at this https://github.com/JFrogDev/build-info/blob/master/build-info-extractor-maven3/src/main/java/org/jfrog/build/extractor/maven/BuildDeploymentHelper.java#L294, if we could push many artifact at the same time, it could be more efficient.
