PUPPI jets

Switch to PUPPI jets (or try both side by side? could add a flag to the configuration that would indicate what PU mitigation should be used). Instructions here. Will need CMSSW 73X.

In the next round of miniAOD production in 74X PUPPI jets will be added to the event content, along with the corresponding MET. See announcement here.

In MiniAOD2015v2 PUPPI jets are included in the event content (together with the corresponding MET), but they have a cut pt > 20 GeV. It is not a problem if the analysis cuts at 30 GeV, but cannot go down to 20 GeV since it would not be possible to do the JEC-down variations.
Also check if PUPPI jets are actually recommended/approved for a generic analysis.
