Not yet. The old Airlfow 2 Plugins are going to be possible to run with Airlfow 3 and new plugin (react / javascript) system is going to be available but so far https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AIRFLOW/AIP-68+Extended+Plugin+Interface+for+React+Views
you can actually help in makiing either doc or implementation and the closest you can get to it is via #42702
