Customer full name with not converted html entities in header top menu

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version: 2.4.5-p12, 2.4.7

Steps to reproduce

1. Create customer account having single quotation mark in the last name, example: John O'neil.
2. On frontend login to previously created account, navigate to customer account dashboard.

Expected result

In header top menu I should see correct customer full name, as it is displayed in customer account dashboard, example: John O'neil.

Actual result

In header top menu customer full name contains not converted html entites, example: John O'neil.
In customer account dashboard it's displayed correctly, example: John O'neil.

So ACP2E-1602: [Issue] Fixed the welcome message contains single quote character (which is included in Magento 2.4.7) isn't fixing this?

If it isn't, can you maybe try the changes from #36884 ?

We have tried to reproduce the issue in latest 2.4-develop instance and we are not able to reproduce the issue.kindly refer the screenshots.

In header top menu we are able to see correct customer full name.

Kindly recheck the issue in Latest 2.4-develop instance and elaborate the steps to reproduce if the issue is still reproducible.
