Breakout sessions on multiple days with different slots

(First raised in email; just capturing here for posterity.)

For TPAC we are planning breakouts on 4 different days, and the available slots on each day will vary.

@tidoust wrote: "I'd say best is to end up with a flat list of slots, instead of the day and times approach that we currently have."

Then: "The day and times approach is still useful for group meetings, because it allows to favor scheduling in continuous slots for a given group."

I added: "Even for breakouts there still might be value in keeping the days sheet (to map dates to weekday names). One optimization (not that interesting) could be: if there’s no Day value in a slot row, then default to the Day that’s specified in the Days sheet. (Then, if we change the Day on the Days sheet, we don’t also need to change it on the Slots sheet.)"
