step 1: install xampp
step 2: copy the parent folder of your current location into c:xampp/htdocs/
step 3: open xampp control panel adn start apache server and mysql server
step 3: import the DATABASE dbmspro.sql into your localhost/phpmyadmin
	if import gets unsuccessful then mannualy create dbmspro database and 
	then copy the sql in dbmspro.sql and paste it into your database sql and run
step 4: after successfuly creating databse search in url: localhost/dbmspro
step 5: then follow the other documentation that'll open as soon as you search
