Hello, I would like all types of buttons(Icon button, form button etc) to have tooltips, in some cases this very important

Describe the solution you'd like
Maybe it's worth adding a container that will display a tooltip when hover, or add tooltips only for buttons

Additional context
Button type for table column have tooltip, but i can't use a icon for that column as value, think this is so unfortunately
Now i try to use floating button as a replacement, but this component have another problem i need to configure it's elements z-index, but i can't
