Prerelease version of xunit.stafact using xunit.v3 3.x

Reaching out to see if you can do a prerelease version of xunit.stafact that is compatible with 3.0.0-pre.25?

There are binary breaking changes, and current version isn't compatible with xunit.v3 3.0.0-pre.xx

A stable release of xunit.v3 is likely to be in "at least" a month.

Wow, xunit.v3 goes through a lot of breaking changes. What's the new 3.x prerelease version got that merits an xunit.stafact prerelease to match? It only has a few hundred downloads anyway.

I'd accept a PR that bumps our major version to 3 and updates xunit.v3 to 3.0.

Thanks @AArnott. The reason I need to update is to test out whether or not xunit/xunit#3323 fixes the big memory leak in winforms. We "partially" got rid of the consistent OOM with the current stable version of xunit, but there is still a big leak and intermittent OOM on x86.

And also for Wpf, there are issues with the current xunit that's fixed in the prerelease: dotnet/wpf#10890 (comment).
