None of the manifest lists contain versions of installed software

• images/arm-ubuntu-24-image.md
• images/arm-windows-11-image.md

To Reproduce

View the above manifest lists.

Expected behavior

The above manifest lists should allow version control. They should specify a version of the image and specify the versions of each of the installed software components. It should not be necessary to run an image in order to find out what it contains exactly.
