The windows-11-arm image described in images/arm-windows-11-image.md contains older browser versions:

Browser	windows-11-arm	Stable version

To Reproduce

Expected behavior

The browsers in windows-11-arm should be current browser versions.

Chrome 133 for instance was released in Jan 2025. See https://chromestatus.com/roadmap
