npm auth doesn't work with .npmrc in repo

without .npmrc everything works fine, but I wanna use .npmrc in my repo

Hello @jeetiss. Sorry for the late response. Could you please describe behaviour of the shipjs tool a bit more ? Does it change somehow .npmrc in the root of your project or configure authentication ?
